2. Greater productivity: Research suggests that hybrid work might result in greater productivity. In a more individualized work environment, employees frequently have less interruptions and can concentrate on their jobs. Additionally, less time spent commuting can free up more time for activities relevant to the workplace.

3. Cost reductions: Employers and employees can both experience cost savings as a result of hybrid labor. Employers can spend less on office space and related costs, and employees can save money on things like clothing, meals, and travel costs.

4. Improved employee wellbeing: Hybrid work can aid in enhancing employee wellbeing. Better work-life balance is made possible, and the stress of commuting is lessened. Because they have more control over their workplace, employees may experience better mental health and job satisfaction.

5. Greater access to talent: Geographical restrictions are lessened with hybrid work. By recruiting remote workers from various locations, employers can access a wider talent pool, bringing in a variety of viewpoints and abilities.

It has drawbacks as well. To name a few: disadvantages of hybrid work might vary depending on personal preferences, job requirements, and the organization's capacity to develop and manage hybrid work arrangements.

                                      DISADVANTAGES OF HYBRID WORK

Working from home might cause the lines separating work and personal life to become more hazy. It could be difficult to switch off from work, which could result in burnout and diminished wellbeing.
